
The auspicious combination of organizational talent, an outstanding
commercial education and a good sense of family accounts for the success of
Hermann Vetter.
His charming ways of dealing with guests and customers
in combination with his remarkable expertise and a great part of accuracy in
craftsmanship form the icing of the cake on top of the culinary top performances
of our Chef de Cuisine Hervé Grosjean and our chief confectioner Michaela
Quappe-Gemmert.
Hermann Vetter grew up in Friesenheim. There, he was trained as a butcher - from
the scratch. Other less ambitious characters would have left it at that. Hermann
Vetter did not. He subsequently held positions in the commercial field, he was
managing director of a reputable party service and catering company, before he
went on to fill the leading position at Business Catering Freiburg together with
his partner Michaela Quappe-Gemmert.
